Il mweqSamtskhe-Javakheti (mwegin georgiano სამცხე-ჯავახეთის მხარეmwew?) è una regione della mwfaGeorgia di circa mwfq160 504 abitanti (2014), che ha come capoluogo mwfgAkhaltsikhe. È un territorio storicamente appartenente al mwfwgruppo etnico degli mwgaarmeni. La regione ospita una città rupestre, mwgqVardzia, cuore simbolico della mwggGeorgia. È diviso in sei mwgwmunicipalità: mwhaAkhaltsikhe, mwhqAdigeni, mwhgAsp'indza, mwhwBorjomi, mwiaAkhalkalaki e mwiqNinotsminda. L'attuale governatore è Giorgi Khachidze.
